Where will it be seen and who has access to my details?
Your Aircraft Type History is visible to you within your account area. Beyond that, you decide who gets to see it.To control privacy permissions use the setting in your CV Profile administration (click the link called 'See and modify CV Profile' on your Account Home Page).
Usefully, you can switch off access to both agencies and direct employers, or just one or the other.
For instance, you may be perfectly happy in a job and only wish to keep your Aircraft Type History up-to-date for your own records. In which case you’ll probably want to disallow anyone from head-hunting you.
Alternatively, you may prefer agency contract work only. In which case you might prefer to only allow employment agencies to find you in a CV Search.

How do I create an Aircraft Type History?
Have your CV document ready on your PC, as you’ll upload it to your account as part of the process.First, you’ll need to register (for free).
Secondly, use Candidate Login to access your account to upload your CV (with short personal Profile).
Finally, choose the link on your account home page "See and modify CV profile". Add a separate record for each type of experience. Continue adding new records until the full picture of your career is painted.
Note:
You add a new Aircraft Type Record for each variation of your skills. Sure, Records are based around aircraft types. But, if you wish, you can add more than one Record on the same aircraft if you think this will represent an even clearer picture of your skills/qualifications. For instance, you may have worked on a B777 as both a B2 engineer and as a mechanic. Or you may have worked on B707s as a sheet metal worker and on Airframe and Engine.
