Flight Simulator Technician Stans, SwitzerlandOur department Mission Support and Simulation has an immediate opening for Flight Simulator Technician/Maintainer.
This challenging position involves:
- Operate and support existing Pilatus' Training Centre PC-21 and PC-12 flight simulators both with periodic and extraordinary maintenance tasks
- Writing and reviewing maintenance documentation and maintenance reports
- Supporting spare and repairs chain
- Liaison with suppliers on a technical level
- Supporting installation of new flight simulators (both in country and around the world)
For this position you are required to have the following skills and background:
- Hold a degree in electric engineering or equivalent
- Have at least 5 years of experience in flight simulation maintenance in hardware or software. A background as simulator field service engineer will be an advantage
- Have a good knowledge of digital and analog electronic boards maintenance and repair
- Very good English language skills, both verbally and in writing, a working knowledge of German language will be an advantage
- A self-starter mentality with good team player skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
