We are currently recruiting for a Engineering Technical Lead - Composite Stress in Gloucester.
The successful candidate will have experience of pre-preg and Resin Transfer Moulded Composites.
You will have ideally been Stress Signatory - however this doesn't need to be current.
This is not just an inward facing role, so the ideal candidate must have spent extensive amounts of time with clients and be happy in a customer facing position.
Role Summary/Purpose : You will be working as a leading technical expert for composite stress analysis within a team of engineers reporting to the Engineering Manager.
You will perform stress analysis on designs and support the business in meeting customer requirements, quality, timescale and cost. Projects will include new applications through manufacture, to in-service product support.
Qualifications/Requirements : Education should be to degree standard or equivalent in mechanical or aerospace engineering
Significant experience in aerospace stress analysis related to composite components
Will have ideally held stress signatory status
