Manager Industrial Participation & Offset Stans, SwitzerlandOur Business Unit Government Aviation has an immediate opening for this key-position within the Industrial Participation group.
This challenging position involves:
- Reporting to the Director, Industrial Participation, while taking a support role in identifying and generating solutions for off-set programmes
- Responsible for the preparation of Industrial Participation proposals and business plans
- Supervising the execution and timely completion of off-set milestones across a broad range of contracts
- Coordination of efforts with offset authorities, aerospace & related industrial associations and the greater off-set community as required
- Business and network management and development for off-set banking and swaps management
- Participating internationally at off-set conferences and associated events
For this position you are required to have the following skills and background:
- Have an technical, engineering and/or commercial education in combination with an keen interest in Industrial Participation and working in an international environment
- Ability to establish a network in the trading, banking and a varied and complex industrial arena
- Have excellent management, coordination and ambassadorial skills
- Be a confident communicator, capable of presenting complex commercial & technical business plans across varied and diverse fields
- Fluent in spoken and written English (knowledge of German is advantageous)
- Experience in the aerospace, defence industry as well as in Industrial Participation/Offsets will be an advantage
- Flexible regarding working hours and prepared to frequently travel internationally
