Mission Planning/Mission Debriefing System Engineer Stans, Switzerland

Our department Mission Support and Simulation has an immediate opening for a Mission Planning/Mission Debriefing System Engineer.

This challenging position involves:

Liaison with suppliers on a technical level, including programme management
Analysing user requirements
Conduct design review meetings with end users and suppliers, and ctively participating in designing the architecture of new software programs
Writing and reviewing system requirements, system tests specifications, technical specifications and test plans

For this position you are required to have the following skills and background:

Hold an software engineering or equivalent degree and have at least 5 years of relevant engineering experience
Very good understanding of software architecture and software programming in C, C++ or C#
A knowledge of 3D rendering software engines will be an advantage
Very good English language skills, both verbally and in writing, a working knowledge of German language will be an advantage
A self-starter mentality with good team player skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
