1-2 years minimum
Engineering Degree or HND in relevant discipline. (Aerospace, Aeronautics, Mechanical)
Design Engineering or/and Engineering Quality background/experience
Demonstrated ability using MS Office, particularly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
Autonomous who can work without constant supervision
Ability to rapidly adapt to a working environment and preferably accustomed to work in a Design Office
Eager to learn and expand his/her knowledge
Pro-active and ready to work in a challenging environment, demanding on times
Catia v5 conversant would be considerably advantageous
Practical Problem Solving / Root Cause Analysis
Main tasks will include:
Analysis and reporting on design team performance KPIs (Quality Checks 1,2,3) and Design Query Notes (DQNs).
Driving real-time improvements into the teams and the business through output of root cause analysis.
Liaising with quality stakeholders within the business to harmonise working methods and processes.
Manage and maintain Quality Gate trackers and reporting slides.
Track and manage all outstanding actions from QG reviews including documentation and evidences.
Reporting key quality KPIs within the design quality Visual Management System (VMS).
Represent TWEQK during regular Product-Process Management Team reviews (PMT).
