PROJECT MANAGER
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, budget, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources (starting from hangars construction to employee's selection)
- Execute the tasks as defined in the project plan in order to achieve set goals
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all institutions required (including Financial Institutions)
- Motivate the team using appropriate tools and techniques in order to increase commitment to the program objectives
- Optimize processes, tools, metrics, and human capital to enable effective and efficient delivery of projects
- Coach and mentor project managers and project coordinators
- Represent the organization to multiple sources
- Constant business trips

Skill requirements:
- University degree (in business management preferred, but not a must)
- 3 plus years of experience in a Project Manager role (construction project would be an advantage)
- Ability to read, analyse and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents in Russian and English
- Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;
- Ability to set ambitious goals and do the best to achieve them
- Ability to see challenges as opportunities
- Very strong leadership skills, being able to navigate within the organization
- Driver's license.
