Performance Based Contracts - Supply Chain Liaison Stans, SwitzerlandOur Integrated Logistics Support has an immediate opening for a Supply Chain Liaison Coordinator.
This challenging position involves:- Management of supply chain management activity in support of the Performance Based Contracts (PBC)
- Providing liaison and coordination between the customer operation and Pilatus for supply chain related issues
- Ordering, management and delivery of spares to meet the operators requirements
- Management of the repair (rotable) parts throughout the repair process including supplier/vendor turnaround, quality, warranty, cost and shipping
- Maintaining records of transactions in SAP, supplying information required to support other Pilatus departments and information for other reports/data exchange with the operation
- Providing inputs to management reports, meetings, briefings and other methods required to report the activity against the PBC programmes
For this position you are required to have the following skills and background:
- Supply Chain or Aviation Logistics Qualification with first work experience in the area
- Able to work on own initiative and effectively within the team
- Competent with IT applications including SAP and Microsoft Office
- Confident, able to provide accurate results and take responsibility, also when multi-tasking and working under pressure is necessary
- Good English languages skills, both spoken and written
- An innovative thinker with good problem solving and communication skills
