Senior Technician Quality Engineer
Company Overview: Our client is a leading clean power systems company, focussed on a cleaner, lower carbon and more efficient energy future. Our client is a progressive global business and employer. They are currently recruiting a Senior Technician Quality Engineer.
Role Details/Job Purpose (brief) to implement process and product improvements primarily within engineering and operations, through the application of appropriate quality improvement techniques.
Key Accountabilities (tasks, duties, responsibilities)
To work with design, engineering and operations departments to ensure that specifications are established for components and products that are appropriate for fit form and function requirements.
- To support R&T and engineering in optimising experiments for evaluating the effects of design changes and component variability on product performance.
- Carry out and document investigations into non conforming products and processes and implement effective corrective actions, working with our suppliers where appropriate.
- Work within programme delivery teams to identify process improvement opportunities and effectively resolve issues by root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- As befits an organisation of the size and entrepreneurial spirit of the Group, perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned or required by the Group.

Salary/Package: £32,000 to £43,000 per annum + benefits
Location: Leicestershire with easy commute from Derby, Nottingham, Peterborough and the Midlands. Relocation assitance available.
