Quality Assurance Engineer
Your mission:
- Monitoring and continuous improvement of the quality management system
Responsibilities:
- To set up and update the quality system (quality manuals, procedures, instructions) following re-organisation of the company structure, in close collaboration with the applicable departments
- To ensure that the Quality System processes and procedures are permanently in accordance with the regulations (EASA Part 145, FAR 145, EN9110, and AQAP2120).
- To make proposals continuously improve and optimise the quality system to be compliant with the organisation, the quality policy, regulation requirements and customer's needs.
- To carry out audits and investigations (following customer complaints, incidents or internal discrepancy reports) and issue applicable reporting.
- To be the driving force of proposal regarding corrective/preventive actions that should be undertaken following internal/external audits, non-conformities and customers claims
- To lead projects related to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction increase
- To ensure that corrective/preventive actions are defined and efficiently implemented on time.
- To report to the Head of Quality any difficulties and major events that could jeopardise the approvals of the company, the airworthiness and safety of an aircraft or its components.
- To support customer/authority audits.
Your profile:
- Industrial or civil engineer with aeronautical and/or electro-mechanical trades
- Preferably knowledge and experience in MRO quality system organisation (ISO 9001-EN9100) and regulations (mainly EASA and FAA regulations), or other industrial organisation with high quality assurance requirements
- Good knowledge of French, Dutch and English language
- Good communication and literacy skills
- High sense of customer satisfaction, personal integrity and attitude towards safety
- Analytical skills, result-driven, objective, open-minded, fair and determined
- Ability to work autonomously and use common information systems (MS Office)
